  5. Can I order refills and manage my prescriptions online? Yes! You can order and manage your prescription refills by registering on our secure patient portal
  6. Do I fill prescriptions at Irmat in person just like I do at a regular retail pharmacy? In New York, we have a physical location just like a regular retail pharmacy. However, we also offer mail-order services and support by phone. We ship to most US states, please refer to our website for a list of states we serve.
  7. What are your hours? Our hours are:
    Monday ? Friday 8AM to 8PM EST
    Saturday 9:30AM to 6PM.
  8. Need to speak with a pharmacist regarding your medication? During normal business hours, a pharmacist is available to answer questions regarding your medication by calling 1-800-975-2809 (and press 1 then 6). For urgent after hour calls, leave a message and a pharmacist will get back to you within 30 minutes. For a medical emergency, call 911. You may also email us at orders@irmatpharmacy.com for non-urgent matters and someone will respond within one business day.
  9. How will I know if my drugs are covered by insurance? We will handle this process for you by coordinating with your insurance company and your doctor. Many drugs require something called prior authorization which means that the insurance company needs documentation before they will cover a high-cost drug. We will notify you as soon as possible about the result of this process.
